These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the dkwin platform and all its services. "Platform" refers to dkwin's website, mobile application and all related digital services. "User" or "you" means any person who has registered with dkwin or is using the platform.

"We", "us" or "dkwin" refers to the entity operating this platform. Although these Terms are drafted in Bengali, any interpretive dispute will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms may change from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the updated Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

To register with dkwin and take part in any casino or betting activity, a user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Registration by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. Age may be verified through the information provided at the time of registration.

2.2 Personal Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. dkwin reserves the right to close an account immediately if false information is provided. Each person may open only one account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, dkwin may at any time request proof of identity, proof of address or verification of a payment method. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our customer support team immediately.

3.2 Account Responsibility

The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out from their account. If a third party uses your account, those transactions will also be considered valid unless it is proven that the account was hacked and you notified us in time.

3.3 One Account Policy

Operating more than one account under the same person's name, on the same device or from the same IP address is prohibited. If this policy is breached, all related accounts may be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at dkwin is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Before depositing, make sure your mobile banking account is registered in your own name and matches the details on your dkwin account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Standard withdrawal processing time is 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Payment Method Match

The mobile number and account name used for deposits and withdrawals must match the details on your registered dkwin account. Transactions under a different name or number will not be approved.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

dkwin offers a welcome bonus for new members: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 25 times — meaning ৳1,000 in bonus requires ৳25,000 in wagering to be completed.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• Each user may receive the bonus only once.
• The mobile number and account details used for the deposit must match to qualify for the bonus.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The bonus does not apply to multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.
• Bonus funds may have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.

5.3 VIP Cashback

dkwin's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier. Cashback is a set percentage of that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Example: if a Gold member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

dkwin reserves the right to cancel any bet before it is finally accepted. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, incorrect odds or incomplete information, only the original stake amount will be refunded.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer system. dkwin does not guarantee any specific outcome in any game. A game's RTP (Return to Player) may change over time and may not apply to the current session.

6.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed, bets are generally considered void and the original stake is returned. The decision of the relevant sports governing body is final in determining match results.

6.4 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live in-play betting. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to network delay or a technical issue, dkwin may cancel that bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dkwin platform:

• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Opening multiple accounts to dishonestly exploit platform bonuses or promotions.
• Artificially manipulating bets, strategic bonus abuse or collaborative cheating.
• Hacking platform software, exploiting bugs or using third-party automation tools.
• Stealing another user's account credentials or gaining unauthorized access.
• Placing bets on behalf of known individuals (professional gamblers, syndicates).

Involvement in prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of any deposited funds and legal action where necessary.

8.1 Service Interruptions

If the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, server failure, network disruption or a third-party service outage, dkwin will not be liable for any losses or missed opportunities during that period.

8.2 Gambling Risk

Online betting and casino games carry financial risk. The user participates in these activities of their own free will and bears full responsibility for any financial loss. dkwin is not obligated to compensate for any such loss.

8.3 Third-Party Services

dkwin is not responsible for the operations of payment services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), game providers or other third parties. dkwin is not liable for any changes to the service resulting from changes in third-party policies.

10.2 Closure at dkwin's Initiative

dkwin may temporarily or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• A court order or demand from a legal authority.
